Today as Roman and I got into the car and drove away from playgroup, my phone rang. It was the nurse at Grace's school. She had been trying to call for the last twenty minutes. I guess Grace decided to throw up all over the play kitchen in her classroom. Poor little girl. I hope the other kids in her class don't give her a hard time for messing up their kitchen.

Poor Grace indeed! I hope she's feeling better!
Oh poor thing, I hope she is feeling better. They get so self conscious and worried but she'll be fine. The kids are still pretty nice in kindergarten. I felt like it started in third grade for us.
yikes! i had a student a few years ago who started to throw up and knew he needed to get to the trash can. he didn't quite make it and instead threw up all over everyone's coats and backpacks that were lined up on the same wall. it was bad calling his mom, but it was extra bad calling everyone else's mom to tell them they needed to do laundry.
Oh!! Poor Grace. Is she feeling better?
Happy, happy birthday Deborah dear! I hope you are having a happy birthday and I hope Grace was better for it and didn't throw up on you or anything. I hope Steve got you lots of nice presents ;)
Poor Grace. Was she sick for your birthday? Hope you had a great day!
Augh,
You just lived my worse nightmare. Only that in my dreams, the 20 min. is like 7 hours. I'm always worried that I'm going to miss that all important school phone call when I'm doing something really important like getting a pedicure.
Sorry Grace!
oh, I see by other comments it was your birthday?? Happy B-day!
